The 2016/2017 Return of Earnings submission deadline has been extended and will open from 01 April 2017 until 31 May 2017.

The Return of Earnings form must be submitted annually at the Compensation Commissioner, on or before the due date specified by the Director-General, declaring the total amount of earnings/salaries paid to all employees employed in terms of Section 82 of The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, No 130 of 1993 (COIDA).
