In 2007 a new department, CMV Trust, came into being as part of the CMV Group. CMV Trust specialises in the administration of deceased estates, drafting of wills and setting up of family trusts. Natasja Durrant (néé Pienaar) heads up CMV Trust. Natasja obtained BLC and LLB degrees at University of Pretoria and a Damelin Diploma in Estate & Trust Administration from the Institute of Bankers (Best Student – 1999). Natasja previously worked for the Legal Department of Mercantile Bank (Sandton) for 5 years drafting wills and trusts, acting as Trustee of Inter Vivos and Testamentary Trusts and administering deceased estates. Natasja also worked for Sanlam Trust’s Deceased Estates Department in Pretoria as a Senior Estate Administrator for 5 years.
