AUGUST IS PROVISIONAL TAX MONTH! REDUCE THIS LIABILITY THROUGH AN INVESTMENT IN PERSEUS!
An investment in Perseus VC1 LTD, CMV’s Section 12J venture capital company, is tax deductible. This means that between 18% and 45% of the investment amount results in an immediate tax credit (depending on the investor’s marginal tax rate).
THERE IS NO OTHER INVESTMENT THAT CAN GUARANTEE THIS IMMEDIATE RETURN!
In addition to the initial immediate return, dividends are declared annually that should not be less than 6% of the investment amount. Capital growth is also a strong possibility as we invest in emerging companies.
We have several projects that need urgent financing, which cannot currently be obtained from financial institutions. We are also receiving new applications daily.
As long as the government uses race as a measure to help smaller businesses and does not allow the free market to function normally, other ways and means will have to be used to support these companies financially.
PERSEUS CAN DO IT.
Perseus invests in registered companies with a tax clearance and with the potential to be profitable.
HOWEVER, AVAILABLE CAPITAL IS THE CHALLENGE.
We highlight some of the companies that need financing and those that have already been invested in (*):
• Electronic component manufacturing (*)
• Hydroponic cultivation
• Retail
• Kindergarten and nursery school (*)
• Concession group
• Construction (*)
• Agriculture (*)
• Engine component recycling
• Furniture manufacturing (*)
• IT Hardware and Software Provider (*)
• Companies developing mobile applications (*)
• Mining
OUR MAIN PURPOSE IS TO ENSURE GOOD RETURNS FOR OUR INVESTORS, ASSIST COMPANIES WITH GROWTH AND PROFIT POTENTIAL, PROMOTE JOB CREATION, AND GROW THE ECONOMY.
We look forward to having a personal conversation with you to discuss an investment in Perseus in more detail and to calculate the tax savings without any obligation or expectation.
